(ESOL) Reflection

Rhianna Rose Austria   |   10 ESOL    |   March 26, 2024

What we learned in ESOL this week is very interesting. We  read a book about fake news and answered questions in a google doc by groups so we can work with people and improve our social stability. This week our tasks are to complete a vocabulary table and to finish a reflection to post in our blogs. There are a lot of new things that I have learned in this class, I learned the meaning of some English words that are used everyday when we are communicating with English speaking students in our school. I also think that I achieved the learning objectives; which are to learn new words, meanings and how we can use them in our everyday lives. I can use all the knowledge I picked up in these lessons specially in writing because I love doing literary works and I wanted to excel by fixing my grammatical errors and having a great vocabulary to make words more interesting in my writings.

Music This Term

This term in music I have learned a lot of things especially in playing instruments that I am interested in playing like Piano, acoustic  and Electric Guitar. I also enjoyed learning how does notes, chords and keys work.

  • This term I learned how to play the piano by practicing, I also learned the different kinds of notes that will be helpful when I am playing an instrument.

  • I tried playing the piano since we are having our solo performance next week. I also tried to practice playing guitar and other string instruments.

  • For me I don’t really have a least favorite thing when I’m learning music, I really enjoyed it and hoped that I can excel in the things that I love doing the most.

  • The point of doing punnett squares is to easily predict the traits and characteristics of the offspring of an organism.

CONCLUSION:

Did it work? Would you do anything differently?

My punnett square did work. I successfully finished the activity and I drew a zombie exactly how the punnett square results described it.

I won’t be doing anything differently because I successfully finished the work accurately.
